We lost our home to a fire last April. Our detached garage was badly damaged in the fire, but wasnt a loss. We chose Paul Davis Restoration to repair our garage. Charles Zemke handled the mitigation, and Jessie Miranda handled our repair / rebuild. Both of them were excellent to work with, as were the office staff I frequently had to speak with on the phone (Mikayla in particular.)
Jessie Miranda went above and beyond to help me keep costs as low as possible. Unfortunately, while my house was fully covered, the garage was underinsured. Jessie did everything he could to keep my out of pocket expenses to a minimum. He also did a great job keeping me constantly updated on the process.
Out of all of the entities I had to work with to get everything back in order, Paul Davis was the easiest. (The hardest was my mortgage company, but Ill keep that nightmare for another day). I would definitely recommend Paul Davis for any restoration / reconstruction needs. Ask for Charles and Jessie!

A broken $5 dishwasher part led to a flood in our kitchen and we needed to replace the flooring on our entire first floor. Our insurance company recommended we work with Paul Davis, and we were very happy with that decision. Demolition of our floors, kitchen areas, and drywall is a scary and stressful process and the Demo team helped put us at ease and answered any questions we had, and worked with us if we wanted things done a certain way. The reconstruction team also did a fantastic job by working with us to pick out excellent flooring, facilitated materials delivery, and worked with our availability to finish the job. Like any construction project, there were additional questions and conflicts, but the project manager, construction team, and main office staff worked with us to resolve those very quickly. I would highly recommend them to others!

Jesse and his crew were very professional. They did great work. Jesse as PM checked the crews work and ensured we were happy. They knew we had family coming in and the crew stayed until after 8 pm making sure our home was back in order before our family arrived the next day for Thanksgiving. We were blessed to have them restore our house.
